SINGLE BAND ONLY
The Black bands are for the Elite Trainer. Any exercise carried out with these is going to be tough. ideally suited for Squats, Bench and Deadlift. Although can also be used for a variety of other exercises, where high reps are NOT the target.
The Black band can also be great for stretching and mobility work, although if this is your main goal, then perhaps one of the less-resistance bands might be preferable.
