SINGLE BAND ONLY
The Red Band offers up to 36kg of resistance making it a challenge for a lot of exercises. A pair of Red bands is great for adding resistance to the top portion of the Squat, or on the Bench Press, Deadlift, when doubled up.
The Red band can also be great for stretching and mobility work, although if this is your main goal, then perhaps one of the less resistance bands might be preferable.
